I can't stress enough the importance of testimonials. They give you credibility. They reassure your potential customers. If you don't have any testimonials, call your best clients and ask if they would give you a testimonial over the phone. How would they describe your service? Write it down. Ask if you can use their name, initials, company, etc., on your website. Sometimes taking this proactive step is the only way you can get testimonials.
